Return Merchandise Authorization

Note: If you ordered on Amazon, you will need to request a return directly from your Amazon account. And if you ordered from Walmart, you will need to contact us to request a return.

Once you enter your order number and email address (for verification), you will be presented with the order that you placed and may choose the items that you want to return.

You must return only the items that you select while obtaining your RMA number. If you selected the wrong items, you may correct the item quantities and obtain a new RMA number and use that instead.

If you include items in your return shipment that you did not select when obtaining your RMA or if there are items missing that should have been included, you will be charged an additional 5% processing fee for corrections.

Any additional items we receive that you did not select as part of the RMA will be restocked and credit will be issued accordingly.
