Lovely ribbon at a good price.
I recently ordered 4 spools of 1 1/2 taffeta gingham ribbon along with two smaller spools. They came stacked and wrapped together. I have yet to open the order because it is evident that one of the 1 1/2 spools is has dramatically less ribbon on the spool. I’m just dreading the return process and what that would require to receive a full roll. It is unlikely that I will be ordering from your company again anytime soon.
