The ribbon is well-made: thick, sturdy, and no loose threads. These were very good for making ribbon leis.
Beautiful but stiff

Nice ribbon. Shipment was fast. The ribbon is quite stiff making it hard to tie a tight bow compared to other grosgrain I have used with the same width. This may help others however with their projects.

Looks to have some skips in the threads. Havnt opened it yet to see if its the whole spool. And not sure if its going to affect the looks of the bows im making

Great product, great price but the colors are not always the same as the swatch book. Also the colors vary between ribbon sizes. It is more than a dye lot difference. Spruce 2.25" is forest green not even close to the swatch book or to the 3/8" spruce ribbon. They can not be used together. Hot pink 25 yard vs 50 yard 1.5" not the same colors of pink.

Great but inconsistent colors

The quality of the grosgrain is fantastic! It’s comparable to Offray. My issue is colors are not consistent. I ordered regal purple in 3/8” and 1.5” and 2.25”. None of them are the same color of purple. I’ve noticed this in the past with royal blue and others. I am unable to use the colors together on an order as intended. Very disappointing. I’m left with hesitation for ordering others. Worried they too, will not match the swatch book or each other.

Beautiful traditional grosgrain ribbon. Colors clear and saturated. Perfect for any sewing or craft. I matched with a tulle sequined fabric to create a full size bed canopy. This ribbon sews and ties easily and drapes gracefully. Well packaged and shipped in a timely manner. Will recommend and order from Ribbon Bazaar again! This was my first order from RB.
